INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

- become root
- cd /
- gunzip -c /path_to/AfterStep-1.6.6-sparc-solaris-2.6.tar.gz | tar xvf -
- enjoy!

REQUIREMENTS:

- Solaris 2.6 sparc architecture
- OpenWindows installed
- libXpm 4.11
  4.11 is the internal version of the library, the actual package name is
  xpm-3.4k and can be obtained from ftp://koala.inria.fr/pub/xpm.

STATICALLY LINKED:

- libjpeg 
- libpng
- libz
