The MouseFocusOnStartup Patch


	This is simply a version of Greg Badros' code for SCWM with the
variable names translated to their fvwm2 equivalents. The diffs were taken
against the 2.0.46 base, but it will probabably work with some other
recent versions.

	The patch corrects fvwm's failure to set input focus to a
MouseFocus window that happens to be under the mouse cursor at startup
(or restart).
