 Syntax: CHCP [nnn]
   nnn  The code page that is to be loaded

 Requirements for using the chcp command
 Before you can use chcp, you must specify the location of COUNTRY.SYS
 by using the country command, then load the NLSFunc program into
 memory.

 Assigning a new code page
 After you assign a new code page, any program you start uses that new
 code page.  However, any program (other than COMMAND.COM) that you
 started before assigning the new code page will probably attempt to
 use the original code page.

 If no code page is named, chcp displays the current code page.
