Switches Ü
   ßßßßßßßßß

Specifies special options in FreeDOS. Use this command only in your
 CONFIG.SYS file.

 Syntax: SWITCHES= /F /K /N

/F Skips the 2-second delay after displaying the "Starting FreeDOS..."
       message during startup.

/K Forces and enhanced keyboard to behave like a conventional
       keyboard.

/N Switches you from using the F5 or F8 key to bypass startup
       commands.

When to use the switches command
If you have a program that doesn't correctly interpret input from an
enhanced keyboard, add switches=/k to CONFIG.SYS. The keyboard
 will use conventional keyboard functions.

Using the /k switch with NANSI.SYS
If you use the switches=/k and you install the NANSI.SYS device
driver, use the /K switch on the device command line for NASNI.SYS.
