Please note: This XCOPY is version 1.0 as I switched from 
Joe's XCOPY (at version 2.0) to Rene's XCOPY.

This was done based on user's reports which indicate that
currently Rene's is the better one.  Should Joe's be 
modified and then be better than Rene's, then it may
once again be distributed with this FreeDOS distribution.
This was not a personal decision and is based purely on
what appears to be the preferred program.
