RUNTIME

A program that sets a timer, then runs another program, and then
prints the run time of that program.  It's very short.  :)

RUNTIME is made available under the terms of the GNU General Public
License (GNU GPL).  Read it carefully; it is a legal document.

This program uses "Cats" for program internationalization.  You can
download "Cats" from http://www.freedos.org/jhall/cats/ or from

To compile RUNTIME, you will need a C compiler that is compatible
with Borland C 3.1 (should compile okay with TC)
