Fermi Linux Super Duper Install/Rescue CD Version 9.0.1 July 8, 2003 Installation of Fermi Linux This cd image was designed to install Fermi Linux at Fermi Lab via NFS. Just boot the cd and either press return or wait for the timeout of the boot loader. You will be presented with a network configuration screen. Fill out the info for the system you have just booted. Note that installing via NFS only works on-site at Fermi Lab. If you need to install Fermi Linux off-site you will need to install via cdrom. Cdrom iso images can be obtained from ftp://linux.fnal.gov/linux/iso/901/ . If you need help installing Fermi Linux please send mail to linux-users@fnal.gov . RedHat DOES NOT SUPPORT this release. Rescue Modes We have added some popular images to this cd. There are "rescue", utilities and Other OS images available. No support intended or implied. These are as is. Please look at and read the info at the respective web sites for each product for more info. They are only here because I had space on this cd .
