Hi, I just found out how to do this.  I missed the
"Overwrite..." command when I checked suntar last.

1. Formatted 2HD floppy with 1.4M DOS format.

2. Opened suntar (I used ver 2.1.4) and chose "Overwrite
   sectors..." in its Special menu(*).

3. Inserted the floppy made in step 1 when "insert the test
   disk" dialog box Appeared.

4. Answerd the question showed in console with hitting
   return key (default is 0) for the start sector.

5. Opened the image file in the appeared dialog box.

6. Quit suntar and rebooted the mac.

* Check "Expert mode" in the Preferences menu to show the
Special menu.
